Important -
Please read before downloading...
- Installing a firmware update completely replaces the firmware in your DVL / DVR. You only need to download and apply the latest revision if you wish to benefit from the latest enhancements. Please take care to download only the upgrade intended for your DVL / DVR model.
- Before installing the new version of firmware, back up your configuration using the DVL / DVR Configuration Utility. After installation, restore the configuration. Failure do so we cause loss of settings, etc.
- Do not remove the power from the DVL / DVR until the upgrade process is complete and the status LED turned green.
- It is recommended that if you update to the latest version of firmware you should also download and install the latest version of the Configuration Software too.
- If your DVL / DVR is enabled for data recording, the latest version of DataPro5 is required:

Configuration Software
System Requirements:
Microsoft® Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit)
Microsoft® Windows Vista SP2
Microsoft® Windows XP SP3 (32-bit version only)
PC must be kept up to date with all the latest Windows high priority and critical updates (use of Automatic Update recommended). If you are using the Windows XP operating system, you will need to be running Service Pack 3, and Internet Explorer 7 as a minimum requirement.
