Firmware Upgrade

System Requirements:
Microsoft® Windows Vista SP2
Microsoft® Windows XP SP3

PC must be kept up to date with all the latest Windows high priority and critical updates (use of Automatic Update recommended). If you are using the Windows XP operating system, you will need to be running Service Pack 3, and Internet Explorer 7 as a minimum requirement. Please note that this software is not compatible with Windows 7.

Note: Installing a firmware update completely replaces the firmware in your DVR. You only need to download and apply the latest revision to benefit from the latest enhancements. Please take care to download only the upgrade intended for your DVR model.
